In our country they are too many old quotes for stingy people. Stingy people they are uselless only after their death because is going to leave their heritage others.
We are facing many examples of stingy even in the real estate agency wolrd. I was in a company other day and one from the company said that he prefair to make by his own the sell and the advert for the property he will like to sell. I was asking hime to tell me more details of how he do it. And the result it was that, he sell his property in a very low price. The reason he make that it because he was trying to avoid the commision for the agent. Some people try to do that and the result is that they sell their property in a very degrading price.
If you want to avoid the reward for the agent you can appeal to real agent and give you some orally advices, values and prospects for your property you want to sell.
