exhibition in Limassol by artists from the Latin Community
Fifteen
well-known and young artists, members of the Latin Catholic Community in
Cyprus, are met in an interesting and original art exhibition, attempting to
highlight and promote the active participation of members of the Latin
community in the Cypriot contemporary art world.
The
exhibition will be hosted at Panos Solomonidis Municipal Cultural Center in
Limassol and the inauguration will be held on Friday, November 10 at 7 p.m by
the Representative of the Latin Community in the House of Representatives, Antonella
Mantovani and the Mayor of Limassol, Nikos Nikolaidis.
With
influences from various continents and regions of the world, such as Europe,
the Mediterranean, Latin America and Central Asia, artists will present a
multitude of paintings, canvas, watercolor, acrylic, block painting engraving
and themes such as abstract art , nature and religion.
The artists that will participate at the exhibition
are: Andrea Minas, Anna Plousiou, Armanto Jozefen,
Gloria Papadouri, Isabel Frantzi, Katerina Savvidou, Katia Gavinia Ktitikou,
