First of all, the preliminary design projects commissioned by Deloitte provide for the construction of offices, shops, apartments for rent or long-term lease, a hotel with a 1000-seat conference center, a public 606-seat parking lot, as well as a public square for cultural and other events.
The piece is an area of 10.103 sq.m. and the development will have a total area of 39,402 sq.m.
In his statements, the Mayor of Limassol Nikos Nicolaides said that the Municipality is in the process of evaluating the conditions for the preparation of the notice so that it can proceed this year.
The aim of the Local Authority is to award the contract and start operations in 2019. The project will be managed for 20 years, the investor who will take over the project through BOT, giving the Limassol City a fixed amount for the first four years, but and a percentage of rent, management and sales revenue.
