☀️🌸🌸 HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR FLOWERS FRESH IN THE VASE
The way we cut them
Even the way we cut flowers from the beginning plays a role in how long they will hold! Freshly cut flowers are most preserved when cut under running water in one movement and preferably with a fairly sharp tool.

Thorns and leaves
Before putting your freshly cut flowers into the jar, make sure there are no leaves in the jar. For roses, it is important not to remove thorns since they keep the flower longer in life.

Withered roses
Originally wilted roses are the result of bubbles and bacteria. To have these beautiful flowers in the vase for longer, we preferred to cut in the way we mentioned from the new branches.

Cold or hot water
The water you will use for flowers plays a very important role in how long they will be preserved. For flowers like tulips, you need cold water, while for most flowers water at room temperature is ideal.

Flowers and fruits
The flowers and the fruits are adorned by the side of your kitchen table. But the fruits kill your freshly cut flowers! Most fruits release gases that get the flowers quicker.

Sun and freshly cut flowers
Freshly cut flowers must be kept away from the sun. If the sun sees them, they will wander fast enough.

Natural medicines for flowers
Some things we all have at home will help the freshly cut flowers in the vase to stay beautiful and healthy for a long time! Sugar acts like food, while half a teaspoon of listerine in one liter of water kills bacteria! Another great solution is to put in the jar a small coin that will prevent mold growth and an aspirin.
